Hello!
My approach to therapy is client-centered, I focus on building a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients, working together as a team to navigate life's ups, downs, and everything in-between.

My Story
I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and created Know Your Worth Services LLC after receiving my associate license in North Carolina. I am also a member of Riverstone Wellness Collaborative, where I offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I have experience working with folks aged 7-70. I particularly enjoy working with young adults through middle adulthood who are trying to figure out who they are away from all the external pressures and influences.
I'm committed to providing an empowering, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, pro-equality space where everyone feels seen, valued, and heard.
